- On Android 5.0 (Lollipop) you should set proxy manually, in order to set proxy go to your settings -> wifi -> long click on your WIFI connection -> modify -> show advanced -> set proxy to manually -> set Http proxy to : 127.0.0.1 and set port to : 1234 or whatever you set in your Tigle Settings as listen port and for set proxy to NONE set proxy to none in your WIFI settings as described.

For setting proxy for your Data Connection you can edit and fill proxy and port fields in your APN settings as explained.
